Cargologs has developed a new and friendly solution for shipment monitoring and quality assurance. You are given the opportunity to photograph the cargo before the shipment is loaded and place the captured images in the Cargologs platform. These marks can be made not only by the shipper himself, but also by the carrier before the load is loaded. Also, upon receipt of the shipment or delivery of the cargo to the agreed address, a photo fixation can be performed to compare the condition and quality of the delivery. These documentation are not mandatory, but are desirable for successful cooperation between shipper and carrier.
Cargo stickers are generated for each shipment, according to the quantity and contents of the packages. A QR code is generated next to each sticker, which acts as a key for the carrier to receive the shipment. Cargo stickers can be affixed to the cargo so that the carrier can identify which consignment should be delivered to which address. The cargo label contains all the necessary information that is entered at the time of creating the application. It also shows information about the transport company that makes the delivery, as well as the carrier’s information – telephone number, name and surname, as well as the vehicle registration number.
Cargologs has developed the automatic generation of CMR and Bill of lading cargo documents. The documents are generated after the transport application is approved. These documents can be downloaded or printed on the Cargologs platform as needed. The documents are available to both applicants and carriers. When you add them, the information is automatically saved for the other party. This automatic generation of documents improves the quality of the work and the documentation for both parties, as a result of which both parties save time on their creation and can devote free time to more important work, promoting productivity. We often face overdue bills on a daily basis and to reduce the number of such cases, Cargologs has developed a solution. As a result, the applicants would be both applicants and carriers. Timely invoicing and timely payment facilitates business operations. Therefore, on the Cargologs platform, transport companies can choose to automatically generate an invoice from Cargologs or add their own invoice after the delivery. The invoice contains the necessary information about the delivery and the details of the two companies and the amounts previously agreed. Optionally (automatically generated Cargologs invoice or invoice created by the transport company) invoices are sent to the e-mail specified by the applicant. If the customer has not made a payment, you have every right to re-invoice or correspond with the customer for payment. Both parties have the right to inform Cargologs about the failed cooperation and as a result the cooperation with Cargologs will be evaluated in order to prevent further dishonest actions.
