TO CREATE A NEW ORDER, CLICK ON THE “NEW ORDER” BUTTON

STEP 1 – CHOOSING THE TYPE OF TRANSPORT

 

STEP 2 – PACKAGING OF THE CARGO

 

Check the package type from the list and fill in all the information related to the dimensions and weight of the cargo.

If you have several identical package types, when you create a request, the Cargologs system will automatically generate cargo labels in the specified quantity and number the packages sequentially.

STEP 3 – DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

In this step, you must specify the pick-up and delivery addresses. If the access to the specified addresses is complicated, we recommend adding instructions for receiving/delivery places

It is very important to specify the exact address in the Full address field

Until you have selected and confirmed the carrier, the carrier will not see the contact information for the pick-up/delivery locations, only the address and the specified times

 

STEP 4 – ADDITIONAL DATA


Specify the type of cargo and fill in the necessary information

 

For dangerous cargo and cargo with temperature control, all the specified information, for land transport, will also be specified in the automatically generated CMR document

 

If you need a specific loading method, please specify (optional field)

If the cargo requires insurance, make a mark and indicate the value of the cargo (If insurance is required, this offer will be received only by those carriers who engaged in Cargo Insurance)

If you require a specific type of transport trailer, please make a note

 

STEP 5 – REFERENCES

 

In this step, if necessary, enter all data related to cargo documentation

In order for the Carriers to make the best possible offer, you have the opportunity to specify the parameter – the fastest delivery or the cheapest price

Both you and the carrier will see the following notes in the order

Lowest price

Fastest delivery

 

Once the order is created, it will be sent to all shipping companies that meet the specified criteria
1. Type of transport
2. Route
3. Standart cargo, dangerous cargo, or temperature controlled cargo
4. Is insurance required?
